A very spacious, extremely attractive, South facing, 2 bedroom apartment on an excellent development with great facilities and dining, located directly adjacent to the Pirin Golf and Country Club.
This spacious 2 bed apartment (located on the 3rd floor of Rila House – adjacent to Pirin House, the main building) has been intelligently designed in order that it could also be used as two separate apartments. This is achieved by the main entrance opening onto a lobby with two individual entrances.
Entrance A opens onto a very large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/wet room. This bathroom contains a shower, low level WC and Sink/Vanity Suite. The bathroom is tiled throughout in warm travertine ceramic tiles. The floor is tiled in off-white detailed ceramic tiles.
The bedroom itself is carpeted and contains two single beds that are currently arranged as a double bed. There are bed side tables, a desk/dressing table and a large 3 door wardrobe. The bedroom has access to the balcony.
Entrance B is the larger of the two sides of the apartment and this is where you will find a generously proportioned open plan living space comprising the living room and kitchen area. The Living area has laminate flooring and is furnished with a 2 part sofa bed that can sleep up to 3 people (1 single part and one double part). There is a television stand with a flat screen television and cable TV points, a coffee table and a dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is simply superb with antique style, cream metal kitchen cabinets, breakfast bar, oven and hob with extraction and plenty of storage. The floor is laid with large, marble effect, white ceramic tile flooring.
Just off this room there is a small lobby area with two doors off. One leads to the carpeted bedroom which has a fully-opening double window overlooking landscaped gardens and with exceptional views over the golf course and to the mountains beyond. There is also a door providing access to the balcony. The room is furnished with 2 single beds which are arranged together as a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and mirror and large 3 door wardrobe.
The other door leads to the impressive master bathroom which is finished in warm travertine style and marble ceramic tiles. There is a very generous bathtub with an integrated shower, a very attractive sink/vanity unit with super sized mirror, a heated towel rail and a low level WC. Overall, a very nice bathroom indeed.
This apartment is highly recommended.
Terra Complex offers a 1st class restaurant, a very comfortable lobby bar, a game area (billiards, table tennis, arcade games etc.), creche, conference hall, and an excellent SPA centre with outdoor and heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna and a rich variety of cosmetic and relaxation treatments and therapies, including a fish pedicure! There complex has not one or two, but three shuttle buses so there is never a queue for transport to the gondola. This service operates throughout the ski season. There are ski storage facilities at the hotel for those who own their own skis. One of the main benefits of owning an apartment on Terra Complex is it’s proximity to the Golf Course. It is the closest development to the Golf and Country Club.
This development is arguably the most well-facilitated and best managed complex in the Golf area, combining excellent facilities with strong management and leadership. The maintenance charges for this development include 24 hour reception services, comprehensive spa centre with Hammam, indoor and outdoor pool, shuttle bus operations, the cleaning of communal areas, 24 hour security, ski storage and more. The maintenance additionally covers the cost of the TV and internet service. Utilities at Terra Complex
Electricity is individually metered and is payable to CEZ (the electricity company), so you will only pay for what is used. Water operates in exactly the same way but is paid via the management company, Phoenix Management.
The Golf Area
Terra complex overlooks the Ian Woosnam designed, 18-hole Championship golf course. The area is still developing and plans have recently been announced for a “Scenic Road” to connect the golf area directly to the ski area dramatically reducing transfer time.
